Milkweed doesn’t grow in pristine, perfect places—it thrives in wildness, in the messy in-between. It shows up where things have been disrupted.

So does grief.

And just like milkweed is essential to the monarch’s journey, grief often becomes the ground for our deepest transformation.

Butterflies have long symbolized the soul. They remind us of our connection to something greater, of loved ones beyond the veil, and of the beauty that can rise out of letting go.

Grief is not a detour. It’s part of the soul path.It may be uncomfortable, uncertain, and deeply tender—but it holds wisdom, too.

🦋 If you’re grieving—or feeling in-between—you are not broken. You are becoming. You are in sacred ground.
