The Role of our Autobiography on our Present and Future

This is a hands on workshop to explore our past life experiences and how they shape our present and our future. We will work to increase our understanding of our individual lives and what lessons we have experienced that should be shared with the world. 

In this first session, we will be exploring our autobiographies in a broader sense. This is the beginning of a multi-session workshop with the outcome of a written outline for you to pen down your autobiography.

Due to popular demand the session this Friday (1/12) has been opened for more people to attend.
