About the event
In every season, nature invites us to reflect, release, and grow.
Through Seasons of the Soul, you will experience a nature-inspired, whole-person journey rooted in Waldorf-inspired principles and anthroposophical practices.
Waldorf-inspired principles focus on nurturing the whole person; head, heart, and hands; through creativity, imagination, and connection to nature fostering personal growth, rythm, and meaningful experiences.
Anthroposophy, developed by Rudolf Steiner, emphasize holistic understanding of human development, the natural world, and the integration of body, mind, and spirit in daily life and learning.
Each program combines creative exlploration, sensory experiences, somatic and breath work, community sharing, and meals prepared by my son. Participants also receive tangible gifts and takeaways.
