The Compassionate Grief Support Circle
Grief and change can leave us feeling unmoored — especially when the world expects us to carry on as if nothing has shifted. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, adjusting to a difficult diagnosis, caring for an aging parent, or quietly navigating a loss that others may not see, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.
The Compassionate Support Circle is a free, heart-centered gathering where we come together in community. There’s no need for the right words or a polished story. Just bring yourself. Here, we honor the full spectrum of loss, the complexity of caregiving, and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up.
